Booking Information

How to Book

Reserve your place on any GardenTours escorted garden tour with a fixed US$1,000 deposit, or pay in full at the time of booking. Places are limited on all tours.

Choose Your Tour and Room Option

Go to your chosen tour page and review the departure dates and room options available. All prices are per person. Before selecting, confirm:

  • Your departure date.
  • Your room type — double, twin, or single. A single supplement applies for solo travellers.

At checkout, the booking quantity means the number of people travelling. For example, if two people are joining the tour, select quantity 2. Tour prices are shown per person, so the total at checkout reflects the number of people in the booking.

Booking Options

On the tour page, select your departure and room, then choose how you would like to pay.

Option 1 — Book with a deposit

Pay a non-refundable US$1,000 deposit to reserve your place, and settle the remaining balance before departure. Choose Book with deposit at checkout and complete payment securely online.

We will confirm your reservation by email once the deposit has been received.

Option 2 — Pay in full

You may also pay the full tour price at the time of booking. Choose Pay in full at checkout and complete payment securely online.

If your chosen tour is already guaranteed, the tour page may show full payment only — the deposit option will not be available in this case.

Balance & Payment

If you booked with a deposit, the remaining balance is due before departure. We require final payment no later than 60 days before the departure date. If you book within 60 days of departure, the full tour price is payable immediately.

When your tour is confirmed as guaranteed, we will send a final invoice with payment options — we will confirm whether bank transfer, card, or both are available at that stage. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. If that timeframe is difficult, please let us know as soon as possible.

Guaranteed Departures

Our tours operate once minimum numbers are confirmed. When a departure is guaranteed, we will notify you by email — this is your signal that it is safe to book flights and make other travel arrangements.

If you paid a deposit, your final balance invoice will arrive at the same time as the guaranteed departure confirmation.

Please do not book flights or non-refundable travel arrangements until you have received written confirmation from us that your tour is guaranteed to depart.

After You Book

Once you have reserved your place, we keep you informed at each stage of the journey to departure:

  • Booking confirmation — sent promptly after checkout, confirming your place and the details of your reservation.
  • Guaranteed departure notice — emailed when minimum numbers are reached; your cue to book flights and other travel.
  • Final invoice — where applicable, sent with the guaranteed departure notice, with payment options and a due date.
  • Pre-departure information — joining instructions, practical details, and any updates sent closer to the date.
